Vapour Blasting is done in a large blasting cabinet but limited on sizes of parts that can be cleaned, I also have another process for Rust Removal and no chemicals to remove rust this is laser rust removal if you have any questions please give me a call 0272907408, cheers Gordy.

I have invested in the latest technology for rust removal that uses no media or water, no chemicals to remove rust perfect for parts that can not be vapour blasted the laser rust removal is a different process and won't give as nicer finish as the vapour blasting, but certainly is another option when parts can not be stripped down or immersed in water.

If you are just wanting parts to be painted but they need to be stripped of the paint etc., I have a gentle process with a media that will not damage those precious parts, also if they are rusty the laser rust removal might be a good option as no chemicals to remove rust, note that if there is pitting the laser will not remove that it only removes the rust. 

Note that Vapour Blasting is great for Carburetors, Manifolds, Motorbike Engines, Casings, Wheels, Hubs, Gearboxes, Expansion Chambers, Heads, Blocks, Pistons, Rods and the list goes on, also I have another process for Rust Removal, laser rust removal no chemicals to remove rust.  For more information give me a call or email.
